If the bearer is attuned to the ring, they may treat a roll of 19-20 as a 20 when making death saving throws.
Attuning to the ring requires the bearer to successfully stabilize without the aid of healing after being reduced to 0 hit points. They must then spend a long or short rest meditating with the ring and committing themselves to their cause.
